This first walk is a simple countryside loop of walking from the layby just outside Widford.
You can expect pretty countryside, a stretch of walking along the Hertfordshire Way, and lots of fresh air on this walk!

There was a stile to climb over so not buggy or wheelchair friendly. Some gorgeous views, very limited shade for hot days.

If you have more time for your walk, this second route is an extended version of the first walk.
It basically stretches the walk out by taking you further to the south to enjoy more pretty countryside before looping around and heading back, at times alongside the River Ash.

This final route is an even longer adventure that extends the second route further to the south.
As well as enjoying the Hertfordshire Way and lots of lovely countryside from the second route, this walk also visits the pretty Easneye Woods, which adds a bit of variety to your walk.
