This pub walk is a gorgeous and peaceful walk around the Standon Lordship countryside from the wonderful Star pub in the pretty village of Standon.

After enjoying the village, there is a gentle climb up the big hill to the south of the village and takes you on a lovely loop of countryside walking with great views to enjoy as you go.

It's not that strenuous a hill to tackle, but it will work up more of an appetite for when you return to the lovely pub in the village with it's large sunny beer garden and play area for the kids.

Parking: Roadside parking in the village or parking at the Star pub.
