Chipperfield Common Walk and Map

This first route option is a nice and short family-friendly woodland walk around the pretty woodlands of Chipperfield Common.

The second option basically extends the first walk around Chipperfield Common's woodland to add some open countryside, a lovely pub with large beer garden and a visit to Commonwood Common for some more woodland walking.

There is a section of walking along a quiet country lane on this walk.

This third walk is another extended version of the first walk that again enjoys the Chipperfield Common woodlands.

However, this route then heads out to the west of the common to take you on a loop around Woodmans Wood for some more delightful woodland strolling and then visits the lovely pub in the small village of Belsize before heading back through Chipperfield Common.

This fourth option is a longer walk that really explores the area of lovely countryside around Chipperfield common.

It takes you through the pretty woodlands of Chipperfield Common and Commonwood Common, it also enjoys lots of the peaceful open countryside between the villages of Chipperfield and Sarratt, and finally it visits not one - not two - not three - but four wonderful pubs for some adventure pit stops as you go.

This final route is basically an extension to the fourth route with it's four pubs, two woodlands and lovely countryside. However, this option also has a little extra bonus loop that also takes you into Woodmans Wood - for those of you that want even more woods in your walk!
