The walk
Chorleywood Common Walk
Chorleywood Common is a lovely open space with woodland and ponds that's bustling with wildlife.
It's a lovely social area for the people who live around there too and on a sunny day it will be full of people walking dogs, playing sport (and golf), strolling through the many paths or simply enjoying the common.
Our short walk takes you around the designated walking route of the common (with a small detour to a wooden play area sculpture).
However, there are loads of paths to explore through the woodlands if you want to go off piste. There are 9 golf holes hidden within the woods though, so be careful for flying balls if you do venture in.
There are also three lovely pubs to enjoy around the Common, so you have plenty reasons to visit again and again.
