Cassiobury Park walk 1
1 mile

This first route is a very short wheel-friendly stroll around Cassiobury Park. You can expect a lot of variety on this short walk with the open parkland and play area, the mini railway for the kids, some woodland walking and a stroll alongside the Grand Union canal.

Cassiobury Park walk 2
1.75 miles

This second route option is basically a longer version of the first route. It goes off the solid paths for a while, so it's not quite as good for the wheels, but it enjoys a longer stretch of walking alongside the canal and through the woods.

Cassiobury Park walk 3
3.25 miles

This third option basically enjoys everything that the second walk has to offer, but it then also goes for a long walk deeper into Cassiobury park. As well as enjoying the canal-side walking and woodlands of the park, it also takes you into the eastern area of the park, where you'll find the park bandstand and a cafe.

Cassiobury Park walk 4
6 miles

The final walk option is a much longer walk for those of you that want to get more exercise and further explore the area around thew Cassiobury park. The walk is identical to the third route that fully explores the park, however this route option also takes you on a loop through the West Herts golf course and on a loop around Whippendell Woods. Please look out for flying balls and respect golfers when walking through the course.
