Branston Water Park

Branston Water Park is a wonderful local nature reserve which is home to lots of plant species and wildlife. There is a small visitor centre, children's play area and picnic tables.

If you are looking for an easy stroll with the family in lovely surrounds, this could be the walk for you. It’s only 1.5 miles long and there is a short detour to a pub beside the canal for refreshments.

We also have a second walk which is a slightly longer version of the Branston Water Park walk. This route takes you around the edge of another lake, across open countryside and fields and passes a pub that sits on the banks of The Trent and Mersey Canal.
