The walk
Rothamstead Park Walk
This is a lovely adventure that starts and ends at the Rothamsted park in Harpenden.
You'll enjoy a lovely stroll through the pretty park itself before embarking on a countryside loop of walking through open fields and along a section of the Nickey Line old railway track.
You'll also pass the Knott Wood which is sometimes open to the public in the spring for an impressive bluebell display. Check the Rothamsted facebook page to make sure the woods is open!
There are plenty of eateries near the start of the walk.
