The walk
East Clandon Walk
This is a lovely long circular walk from the small village of East Clandon.
You'll start with a stretch of walking along some quiet country lanes out of the village before then embarking on a long countryside climb up the hill towards Netley Heath and Park.
After reaching Combe Lane, you'll then partake in a big loop of walking through the pretty woodlands of Netley Park and Combe Bottom.
Once you've finished with the woodland, you'll get to enjoy the long downhill walk through open countryside all the way back to the village, via a loop around the Clandon Regis Golf Course.
You have to cross a very fast road at a couple of points on this route, so please be very careful here and there is a pub close to the start in the village for refreshments after your walk if required.
