This first route option is a short family friendly circular stroll from Ripley Common.
The walk takes in the parkland and woodland of the Ripley Common itself before heading out to meet the River Wey. You'll then enjoy a long walk alongside the river before crossing back over the weir and heading back to the start point in the common.

If you have more time and energy for your adventure from Ripley Common then this second route is a much longer walk for you to enjoy.
It still enjoys Ripley Common like the first walk, but this walk then takes you on a much longer stretch of walking alongside the River Way before then cutting around behind the Papercourt Lake and back through Ripley to the common.
There is also an optional 400m detour to a nice pub if you want some refreshments towards the end of the walk.
