This first route is a short but lovely family-friendly stroll around the heathlands and woodlands of Blackheath Common.
As with most woodland walks, the paths can get muddy in wet weather so please go prepared with the appropriate footwear, especially int he winter.

The second route option is a longer adventure in Blackheath Common for those of you that want to stretch your legs a bit more.
The walk still enjoys the heathland and woodland of Blackheath Common, but it also takes you on an adventure further south into the lovely Farley Heath and then on a big loop of walking through some more open farmland and countryside, making this a varied adventure.
There is an optional 500m detour half way around the route that takes you into Shamley Green where there's a lovely village pub and a cafe for refreshments.
