This short, family-friendly walk takes you around the beautiful Lower Moor Farm Nature Reserve, perfect for a relaxed stroll surrounded by nature.

The route winds through peaceful paths with pretty lakes, plenty of wildlife to spot, and lots of space for kids to explore. There are picnic benches dotted around, ideal for a lakeside lunch stop or just soaking up the view.

After your walk, you can treat yourself at the Dragonfly Café, which overlooks the water and is open Wednesday to Sunday, 10am–4pm. A great little escape for all ages!

The second short walk explores another side of Lower Moor Farm, with a pretty lake, wooden walkways, and wildlife all around.

A highlight is the stunning wildflower meadows, some of the UK's best examples of lowland grassland, bursting with colour in spring and summer. A lovely, easy stroll with lots to enjoy.
