Walk information
This is a short and pretty family-friendly stroll around the market town of Faringdon, close to the Wiltshire and Oxfordshire border.
You'll walk through the town itself and then venture out to visit the Faringdon Folly for some nice views.
There are plenty of options for refreshments in the town itself.

First-hand experiences
Really nice walk, Faringdon Folly was interesting and some good views. No styles but a couple of gates and no livestock en route. Our dog loved it, with a mixture of on and off lead time.
Took the buggy…hubby ended up having to carry it on his head for a significant proportion of the route!

This is a much longer walk if you want to stretch your legs and explore more of the countryside to the east of Faringdon.
You'll cross open countryside, walk through some pretty woodland and visit the Folly Tower on route to take in the scenic views.

First-hand experiences
The car park at the start is max stay of 3 hrs and walk route duration said 3.5 hrs but we did it in 2 hrs 45 at a fair pace. Lovely walk taking in the Folly, woodland and open countryside. Clear route. Crossing the A420 is a little dicey but doable.
