This first route is a simple and short stroll around the pretty Fourwents Pond which has an abundance of wildlife, birds and even potentially bats in the summer evenings.
The paths are mainly gravel so should be suitable for most wheels.

If you have more time for your adventure, then this second route is a much longer route that fully explores the lovely woodland of Holmwood Common.
The walk visits the old football pitch that is a great spot for a picnic before taking you north to a great viewpoint from where you can see Box Hill in the distance.
The rest of the route takes you on a loop around the common visiting the ancient ford and some other ponds as you head back to the start.
