Godstone

This is a short family-friendly and relaxed pub walk around the gorgeous village of Godstone.

You'll enjoy the picturesque village green, visit a selection of pretty ponds, stumble across the church in Churchtown and enjoy some sections of woodland walking on this short route.

There's also a selection of wonderful pubs in the village making this a great day out walk!

If you have a bit more time and really want to stretch your legs a bit more then this second route could be a good option.

You'll enjoy everything from the first relaxing walk, but this extended version also heads further to the south and adds a long loop of deeper woodland walking in the Graeme Hendry Wood and a lot more climbing as you tackle Tilburstow Hill.

The hill walking will help you work up a big appetite for your reward on one of the village pubs.
