The walk
Wookey hole Walk
This is a strenuous but rewarding walk amongst the beautiful scenery surrounding the Wookey Hole Caves.
You can obviously visit the caves themselves while you're here, but this walk instead takes you on a steep climb up into the pretty countryside to the north of the caves, and then into the lovely Ebbor Wood where you'll take the adventurous hike through Ebbor Gorge.
After enjoying the hills and natural beauty, you can find pubs in Wookey Hole for a well-deserved treat.
Warning: There are cliffs and uneven tracks around the gorge area, so please make sure you have appropriate footwear for this walk and be careful at all times.
