The walk
Mardley Heath Walk
This is a wonderful short stroll around the lovely Mardley Heath Nature Reserve.
It's a perfect walk on a hot sunny day as there is a lot of shade from the woodlands and the kids will love the twisted woodland and heathland adventures.
There's also a pretty stroll through the wildflower meadow in the centre of the woodland and at the top of the walk you have an option to stay in the woodland, or venture out for a bit of sunshine.

Local walk very enjoyable!
Walker review
Got a little lost on the route around South Pit. When its a bit muddy some of the hills are a little slippery to go down. Beautiful relaxing walk. Recommend this walk if you just want to escape for an hour.
