Little Compton Walks & Route Maps

This relatively short walk with a gentle climb at the beginning, starts from the pretty village of Little Compton at the southern tip of Warwickshire, just east of Moreton-in-Marsh.

The village centres around Little Compton Manor, a superb Elizabethan Grade II listed manor house.

The walk travels through open countryside with pleasant views along the way.

There is also a pub in the village for refreshments.

Take a circular walk that leads you through the charming villages of Long Compton and Little Compton, just over the border into Warwickshire.

There is quite a bit of a climb through fields with medieval ridge and furrow before you reach the crest of an escarpment. Here you will have some excellent views.

There are pubs in both villages so you can reward yourself after a really exhilarating walk!
