I only did the upper loop from Cornwell, easy walking, about half quiet road and half bridlepaths or fields. Not overgrown but you’ll need the GPS to show you the right way occasionally

Rather more road than I would have liked, otherwise a great walk which I will definitely repeat.

Lovely quiet walk with big open views. Signposting not good so map is essential. Some signs removed and some paths overgrown with nettles and brambles left to grow freely.
