This is a nice simple family-friendly stroll around the pretty village of Thaxted.
You'll explore the village itself with it's pretty church and pub, you'll also visit the John Webb's windmill which is a nice spot for a picnic, and the rest of the route is around open countryside/farmland for some exercise and fresh air.

This second route is basically an extension of the first walk, that still visits the village, church and windmill, but it enjoys a much longer walk out in the open countryside for those of you that want to stretch your legs a bit more.
