The walk
Felsted Walk
This is a nice and simple ramble in the countryside around the village of Felsted.
If you head clockwise you'll head out into the countryside from the village before enjoying a long stretch of walking along the Flitch Way.
After that, you'll cut back through more open countryside, through the village of Bannister Green, and then back to Felsted where you'll find some pubs for a post walk reward.

The beginning had a section that was overgrown with nettles and I had shorts on so not good but the Flitch Way was amazing going, lovely new surface being laid. Enjoyed the walk and definitely recommend the Tea Shop good food and very dog friendly

Beautiful walk, the route is so easy to follow. Parking is free, fantastic for dogs, they can go off lead the whole route except when you walk through a little housing mews, and at the end. Also great for dogs in the summer, lots of water for them to het a drink and a paddle. The walk through felsted village is lovely to end an amazing walk. 5/5 will definitely repeat.

Walked today , 26/07/24 lovely sunny day so no problems underfoot. Would expect some parts to be wet at different times of year. Very pleasant scenery and interesting walk. Pubs and cafe at end of walk, we enjoyed a pizza at The Swan Inn.

The pubs are at the start/finish and not en route. Not the best walk in the wet or after rain but an enjoyable walk. Probably a brilliant walk in the summer months. No toilets en route but plenty of other places to go.
