Beautiful walk. Debden Barns nearby has a lovely dog friendly cafe.

This second route option is a lovely long walk from Debden to Newport and back, passing Debden Church, Debden Hall lake and through the glorious open Essex countryside.
There are some mild ascents on this route and a coupe of pub/restaurant options in the Debden village.

First-hand experiences
The section between deans grove and howr green inaccurate, theres a new development. I suspect footpath has been moved, very tricky to get back on route - wortha check!

This third route option is an alternative route from Debden that heads out to the south of the village and taking you on a big loop through the open countryside before visiting the pretty Rowney Woods on the way back to the village.
There is some quiet lane walking on this route and some mild ascents to climb.
