The walk
Quenington Walk
This beautiful walk starts in the pretty village of Quenington and takes you on a journey through the beautiful Cotswold countryside, visiting two villages, both with pubs.
The walk starts in Quenington and takes you out across open farmland and woodland until you join the enchanting River Coln. You then follow the river to Coln St Aldwyns, another quintessential Cotswold village which also has a pub en route!
The route then cross open fields, taking in the glorious Cotswold countryside back to the start at Quenington. A perfect way to spend a summers day!

Lovely walk, we agree about completing it clockwise because it saves the best until last. The parts along the river are truly delightful. Pubs along route are excellent, and we found a lovely cafe with a garden in Coln St Aldwyns.We are loving this App!

I would do the route the opposite way to suggested as that way you do the nicest part of the walk last and the pub in Coln st alwyn would be 20 minutes before the end. Parts of the walk had obviouly been flooded so be ware if its been raining lots. A lovely walk and easy to find the way around.

There was a section just after the short hill up through the woods where the suggested route took you left and you then did a short section on a busy road. I took an alternative footpath straight on across a field which brought you put at the road crossing, would suggest altering the route slightly. Fab walk!

Very enjoyable, took one very lively spaniel and one slower dog and both enjoyed it. Would definitely do it again .
