Bedelands Nature Reserve

Bedelands is a local nature reserve near Burgess Hill, West Sussex. It’s a great place to go walking with a mix of woodland, wildflower meadows and wetland. We have 2 Bedelands walks on the Sussex Walks app of 1 mile and 1.75 miles.

The first walk is a simple, family-friendly, short and flat stroll around the Bedelands Farm Nature Reserve. The nature reserve is a site on nature conservation importance and as you walk around you can enjoy some of the wildlife residing in the 7 meadows and ancient woodland of the reserve.

The second route is basically a longer and more varied adventure around the pretty Bedelands Nature Reserve. This alternative route enjoys everything from the first route, but also visits the Valebridge pond and strolls alongside the River Adur for a while.

To get these walks on your phone, just search ‘Sussex Walks’ on your app store or download the iPhone version here and Android version here.
