Walk information
A nice walk which starts from outside the Abingdon Arms pub in the Oxfordshire village of Beckley.
The route takes you past the church and heads north towards Otmoor Nature Reserve which is a haven for birds and wildlife.
The walk then loops back past Noke Wood and back to the village. If you would like to make the walk slightly shorter, you could start from outside the church in Beckley.

The second walk also starts from outside the pub in Beckley but takes you further into the Otmoor Nature Reserve where you can see wading birds, wildfowl and wildlife all year round.
The walk then takes you around the edge of Otmoor reserve and Noke Wood before returning back the pub in Beckley for refreshments.

First-hand experiences
It was great till the turn right to the Wetlands Walk said no dogs so we had to walk to Otmoor car park and up the road instead
You have to do about a mile detour as one of the parhs is fenced off
