The walk
Cothelstone Hill Walk
A short and energetic walk around Cothelstone hill which gives you a stunning 360 degree view of the surrounding countryside at the top of the hill.
The hill is managed by the Quantock Hills AONB because of the rich biodiversity and archaeological remains. There is a landmark called the Seven Sisters, named because of the seven beech trees that form a cluster on the top.
If you are lucky you might get to see some Exmoor ponies which have been native to the land since the stone age.
