A section of the footpath is currently closed due to felling of diseased trees. Due to reopen around 22nd Oct 2024. There are alternative footpaths that can be used but overall length a little shorter.

Walker review

Parts of the route were muddy and slippery after some rain BUT it is walkable with good shoes or wellies. As the description states there are climbs to some lovely views. It is a pretty walk and the bluebells were just starting to come out. My dog loved it.

Walker review

Do not attempt this after rain. I walked the route today and slipped and slid my way around, not enjoyable at all. I actually took a detour as I was so fed up of it. No styles but some gates and some cows on the route. I’m just glad my dog enjoyed it!

Walker review

This was such a lovely and enjoyable walk! However coming back I did spot a bull in the field and so had to go a different way. Beware of the bulls especially if you go alone.

Walker review

This is a known area to me and I always get lost. I havent visited for a while so I checked the app when I got here and was delighted to find a route. I didnt do the pub extension but had a lovely evening walk around the shorter route. It was fairly overgrown so I got a few stings as I was in shorts but the routes are still passable. A couple of short hilly bits.
