Tilford

This is a lovely short pub walk in the countryside surrounding the pretty small village of Tilford.

Starting in the Stockbridge Car Park, you'll first head off to the east and visit the pretty Stockbridge pond. After that, you'll enjoy a long walk through woodlands and open countryside public footpaths, passing a nice pub, and also tracking the River Wey at times, until you finally get to the village of Tilford.

Here you can then enjoy the village green with its cricket pitch and lovely traditional country pub overlooking the green before heading back towards the car park to finish the walk.

This second route is a longer adventure around the pretty village of Tilford, for those of you that have some more time and want to stretch your legs a bit more.

You'll first head along Mollie's Ride path from the car park into the village before embarking on a long loop of walking that includes countryside paths, the woodland and heathland of Farnham Heath, more woodland and heathland in Tankersford Common and finally a stretch of walking along a woodland path that tracks the River Wey.

When you get beck to the village you can then enjoy refreshments in the lovely traditional country pub that overlooks the cricket pitch in the village green before heading back along Mollie's Lane to the car park.

Tern Cafe, Frensham Little Pond

This third option is basically a little extension to the second route that also addds in a little loop of walking around the Little Frensham Pond.

It's well worth it if you have the extra time and there is also a cafe next to the lake.
