Farnham

This is a simple short walk around the pretty market town of Farnham.

You'll start off with a stroll through Gostrey Meadow and along the Bortelli Walk which tracks the River Wey through the park.

After that, you'll cut back into the town and explore the main South and West Streets with their lovely old buildings and plentiful pubs and eateries.

Finally, you'll visit the wonderful St Andrews Church.

If you have a lot more time and really want to explore the Farnham area, then this second walk is a good option.

The walk still enjoys the market town, church and meadows from the first walk, but there are then two optional extra loops of walking to enjoy.

One shorter loop takes you to the southwest and walks around the perimeter of Bishops Meadow for some simple and peaceful walking.

The other loop is a longer and more interesting extension that takes you for a stroll around the really pretty Farnham Park with it's open parkland, woodland and Hale Trail Greenway paths.
